This workshop is a response to the demand for a safe space to address the ‘colour conundrum’ arising from issues around shadism/colourism and the multiracial experience, from participants of the “Challenge of racism” workshops created by Dr Isha McKenzie-Mavinga.
This one-day in-person workshop for BIPOC participants will offer an inclusive space where participants can unravel some of the nuances and intersecting oppressions associated with skin colour oppression and multiracial relationships.
