I have just returned from a weekend Caribbean Islands Black Liberation and Community Development co counselling workshop. Fourteen people attended. We met in a Villa in Black Rock area, Tobago. In between classes we sang and danced to music, swam in the sea, walked and played fun games and observed beautiful sunsets. Accommodation and food were provided.
